Before our session, you will get a short form with questions to answer. This helps me see where you're coming from ahead of our session. These thought-provoking questions will also help unravel some of your thoughts before our call.

During:

Let's get started! During the 90 minutes together, I'll support you to:

• reflect on where you are now and what you need to let go of to move forward.
• explore what that niggle for change is telling you and establish your desired outcome.
• outline a 'next step' plan of action with achievable, laser-focused steps to help you ditch uncertainty and move towards your identified goal.

After:

Within 48 hours, you'll receive the session recording and summary.
